Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package ships.

United States — shipping rates & times

Standard Shipping — $4.95 — 7–14 business days
Express Shipping — $9.95 — 3–7 business days
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on destination and package size.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International availability may expand — email support@nynli.com if you'd like to be notified.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. See the Track Your Order page for how to look it up.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier backlogs, weather, customs (where applicable), and high-volume periods (Black Friday, December holidays). If your package hasn't moved in 7+ days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package: check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim. We cover replacement when the claim is approved.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help recover the package.
